In-person training is conducted physically at our campus by aesthetic practitioners hired by LSOA for specific courses in closed, fixed-size groups. Online training supplements may be incorporated into the curriculum. Completion of online training before attending physical sessions is mandatory. Accreditation is granted upon completion of all course modules and parts. LSOA collaborates with various companies, academies, and practitioners globally to offer comprehensive training. Certification is issued by the aesthetic practitioners on behalf of LSOA, with apostolate checks conducted to ensure compliance with standards.

Online Training

Online training is delivered via our e-learning platform, enabling self-directed student learning. Accreditation is automatically fulfilled through the online platform.

Course Fees

Course fees must be settled in full or financed no later than 14 days before the first scheduled course date. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of training arrangements.

Cancellation

Students can cancel their course attendance at any time with the following conditions:

          If the scheduled course date is 14 or more days away, notice must be given in writing.

          If the scheduled course date is within 14 days, no refund is applicable.

Failure To Attend

Students failing to attend scheduled training or attending only part of their training will have their fees retained and non-refundable.

Right To Cancel

LSOA reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify onsite training courses, providing a minimum 48 hours notice. LSOA does not accept liability for individual student costs due to cancellation or scheduling amendments.

Refunds

Refunds for in-person training course fees (minus administration fees) are only permitted if:

        Notice of refund is given 14 or more days before the scheduled start date.

        No costs have been incurred by LSOA in arranging the training.

Certificates

Upon completion of training, students receive an accredited certificate digitally in PDF format. Hard copies can be purchased for £9.99.

Models for Assessment

Students are responsible for arranging models for assessments. While LSOA may provide a model list, securing a model for assessment is essential.

Course Kits

Course kits are optionally included with specific courses or available as paid add-ons. Details are provided on the website and during purchase.

Name Change

Name changes on certificates are permitted until finalization of the course, provided there is a valid reason for the change. This prevents multiple downloads of certificates under different names.
