Important Information

  • No Upfront Fees: Rest assured, you won’t be asked for a deposit until your appointment is confirmed.
  • Image Consent: As part of the learning process, photos and videos might be taken during your treatment. These will be used solely for educational and marketing purposes of the LSA.
  • Commitment to Treatment: To ensure a valuable learning experience for our trainees, we ask you to commit to treatment for a minimum of three designated areas on the day of your appointment. Treatment areas cannot be changed at the last minute.
  • Expert Supervision: While treatments will be performed by qualified dentists, doctors, or nurses under direct supervision of experienced trainers, results cannot be guaranteed and may vary.
  • Informed Consent: Becoming a model does not establish a doctor-patient relationship. We encourage you to fully understand the potential risks and side effects associated with the chosen procedures.
